By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.

The competition is being run by the Subiaco Hotel, 465 Hay St, Subiaco WA 6008. The closing time for entering the competition is 8:59 PM Saturday 28 February 2026. Entry to the competition is limited to those who meet these terms and conditions.

1. How to Enter: a) Purchase 6 cocktails at the Subiaco Hotel (1 cocktail = 1 stamp). b) Write your name and contact number on the back of your stamp card. c) Submit the stamp card to a staff member who will place it into the draw barrel.

2. Stamps: Stamps are issued one per eligible cocktail purchase. Stamps must be received at the time of purchase by a staff member. It is the entrant’s responsibility to present their entry card for stamping. Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced or revalidated.

3. Entry Details: Entry is free, but all associated costs (purchases) are the responsibility of the entrant. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. Prize Details: There is one (1) prize: a Chanel Handbag. The draw will take place by random barrel draw from all eligible entries received. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the winner. The winner will be contacted within 3 days of the draw using the contact details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a redraw will occur within 30 days of the original draw.

5. Prize Collection: The winner must collect the prize in person and present valid photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or government-issued ID). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the winner fails to collect the prize within 30 days of being notified, a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions.

6. Marketing & Publicity: By entering, entrants consent to their name and photograph being used in Subiaco hotel marketing materials, including social media, website, and other promotional channels. The winner agrees to participate in publicity photos at the time of the draw and/or prize collection.

7. Liability: Subiaco Hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or costs incurred as a result of entering the competition or using the prize. Subiaco Hotel reserves the right to amend the prize, alter these Terms and Conditions, or cancel the promotion if deemed necessary (subject to regulatory approval). Subiaco Hotel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
